Richard and his assistant were very knowledgable and helpful in suggesting the best solution for
our need (water softener installation.) He looked at our situation, asked about our needs, gave
multiple suggestions for options of what type of unit to get as well as it's best place for
install.
We originally had one installed at this property, but had it removed 10+ years ago. We thought
he would just reconnect the new one, but he offered a better place that could service the entire
house even better! His price wasn't the cheapest, but felt like we were getting the best
overall. We have decided to use Richard (YLP) for our install and I will continue to update once
the job has been completed.
The install went wonderfully. He and his crew were prompt did a wonderful job and helped explain
what they had done.

Super fast response on Yelp, and they were at my house within two hours! Friendly plumbers and courteous, they had masks on and were about to put foot coverings on before coming inside but I told them they didn't need to. I needed a faucet installed, washer lines installed and tub valve replaced. The faucet install was a breeze, 30min tops and they sanitized everything! Price was great. Washer lines took 30 seconds it seemed, super fast. The shower valve might also be an easy fix if he's able to find the part it needs, it's normally a part of a large assembly of the drain that comes as a set. If not, it'll be a bigger job but you can guess who I'll have do that too! I was so impressed by these guys. They'll have my business from now on!
